Proposition 47
If you have ever been arrested, convicted or have served a sentence for certain non-serious, non-violent felonies, you may be entitled to have your case automatically reduced to a misdemeanor and be resentenced. You will not be required to appear in court, but you will have to file a petition to request resentencing.
